This company took care of my needs with great customer service. They responded very quick and had one of their truck in route with in minutes. First class all the way. The price was very reasonable. Im very pleased all the way around. Give them a call and they will take care of you too. Thanks

Cedric came out to tow my son’s Chevy Silverado to the dealership for repairs. The truck has a very high lift on it and the front driver’s side axel had broken and the entire wheel was turned out rendering the truck undrivable. Cedric had all the proper equipment to stabilize the wheel and get it pulled onto the tow truck without causing further damage. 2 other companies came out before Cedric and didn’t have the proper equipment to get the job done. Kudos to Cedric and Bama Boys Towing Inc. for doing an awesome job! We would definitely use them again for future towing needs.

Chris saved the day! We were stranded on the side of Hwy 138, all other towing companies was going to take over 2 hours and wanted down payments before showing up. Chris was there in 30 minutes, didn't take payment until we arrived at our destination. It was easy process to pay via Zelle.Highly recommend

These young men always take great care of us! Months back when returning home from a week long hospital stay, the d/s front tire flew off, across the street and hit a tree. The guys came quickly and even got the tire from out of the bushes. Tonight, my daughter was on the way home and the truck cut off. She and my boyfriend were able to get it off to the sidein a parking lot while she waited for AAA. The guys got there, loaded the truck up and took it to the repair shop. They always come with a great attitude and have a heart for helping. They communicate well and are punctual. I would absolutely recommend them for any towing needs you might have.

I had a fantastic experience with Bama Boys Towing Inc. today. The staff was friendly.The gentleman who assisted me was highly knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. He was very communicative, attentive to my needs, and handled the towing of my BMW with great care. I highly recommend him and the company for any future towing needs.

I called Bama Boys and requested their services on 1/14/2025 for the day after. They were very helpful and gave me the most reasonable quote that I had heard after asking around. I must say that this is a great company to deal with. They towed my car after an accident in November. The staff is friendly, easy to do business with and have great customer service. After calling around and being disappointed from the prices or them saying they couldn’t do the Job I finally ran into this awesome company on google and called Bama Boys, they came within 5 mins and was done just a fast!! Unfortunately i had needed a tow and it was a short distance and i had called around a few companies but they were charging crazy prices. I called Bama Boys and not only were they affordable they got there quick and had me back home in no time! Driver was very nice and respectful and handled my vehicle very well! Bama Boys Towing is the best of the best! We were in need of their services late on a Thursday evening and this company is more than you can imagine! Every other company we tried to contact that evening either never answered or had no urgency about helping us out in our emergency! The Bama Boys person answering the call was professional, honest, and caring! Just as awesome as the phone call, the gentleman that quickly made it to us was described by my spouse as a ‘magician’! He was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and his services exceeded All expectations! Bama Boys towing service is exactly who you need, what you need, and when you need it! After this 10 out of 10 service, we’ll never call another towing company again! Why would we?

Top notch! I actually used them to tow my car from another tow yard because the people who had my car were very rude and overpriced. They got to me in 30 minutes as quoted, the price was reasonable with no hidden fees. They handled my car with care! I had to ride to the drop off with my car, and the operator was a complete gentleman and made me feel safe and secure. I will definitely be using them again if needed!
